Glad is currently a Managing Partner at Deloitte Consulting South Africa. Glad completed a B Comm. degree majoring in Information Systems and Economics in 1996 at UCT. Furthermore, has completed Masters in Business administration in 2012 at University of Pretoria (GIBS).
He has subsequently gained solid professional experience in South Africa, United Kingdom and West Africa. Initially operating both at business and technical level in multiple industries. Glad has progressed from Analyst Programmer, Project Manager, Sales Executive and General Management to Executive Directorship level. Most of his experience has been gained in diverse industries. With majority of his experience been within blue chip companies, however as a service provider he has exposure to medium and small companies as well as public sector.
