Before being appointed as Chief People Officer, Lungile was Chief of Staff to the previous Deloitte Chief Executive and led the Deloitte Africa Strategy Unit. She was responsible for defining a strategic framework to align strategic priorities across the Africa Member Firm and oversaw the Africa Investment Fund in collaboration with the Francophone and Lusophone Deloitte Member Firms.
Her Consulting experience covers strategy design,, business model design, organisation design and implementation, project management and strategic change management.
Lungile has worked across a number of industries including Financial Services, Health Care, Technology Media and Telecommunications and the Public Sector.
Prior to her consulting career, Lungile was the IT Administrator at World Vision Swaziland where she was responsible for IT strategy and oversaw the day-to-day running of the IT department.
