Mia completed her articles of clerkship at one of South Africa’s leading law firms, where she was exposed to general corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions.
She has experience in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements and legal due diligence work. Mia obtained her Bachelor of Science (Human Life Sciences) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from Stellenbosch University and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
