Ravin possesses extensive experience in Digital Customer programs with a focus on eCommerce, Service Excellence, and Intelligent Contact Centres. He specialises in 'Experience Technologies' including Salesforce, Omnichannel Contact Centres and voice technologies to deliver large scale projects.
