Sean is the Africa Valuations and Business Modelling leader and is based in Johannesburg. He has experience in business valuations, fair and reasonable opinions, purchase price accounting and model reviews. Sean has international experience having worked in the US and UK and has assisted on a number of cross border transactions. He has completed deals and worked extensively in Africa having completed deals in Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, Namibia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia and Uganda. Sean is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
