Our culture of volunteerism

Celebrating volunteerism at Deloitte Africa and in our communities

Together, Deloitte Africa and its professionals make an impact that matters in the communities where we live and work through year-round volunteerism. On 30th May 2023 the Deloitte Africa firm came together and volunteered across communities in Africa, including South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana and beyond. On this day, our almost 7 000 people contributed their skills and experience by volunteering their time to support and improve local communities.

Deloitte Africa WorldClass Strategic Pillars:

Impact Every Day. Our commitment to communities.

By focusing on making an Impact Every Day, we support our people to make an impact that matters in the communities where they live and work year-round, addressing the issues that are most important locally.

For more than 20 years, we have collectively demonstrated our commitment to the community through Impact Day volunteering. In these unprecedented times, our colleagues, worldwide, are making an impact every day in so many ways.

Across the globe our people donate money and time to non-profits, participate in workplace giving campaigns, and provide skills-based and pro bono support to non-profits in their community.

Our journey to impacting 14 million lives.
