A Deloitte Young Invincibles Society (DYIS) Vac programme that introduces Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners to the CA (SA) qualification and career and who have an interest in business management and entrepreneurship. Deloitte’s Young Executives’ Programme is an initiative that was launched in October 2014 and has been very successful

Students: 1st Years

This Vac programme is for 1st year university students the Deloitte Young Invincibles Society (DYIS). A brilliant introduction to Deloitte, its culture and people. Over the 3 days you will gain invaluable exposure to the Deloitte brand, get to know various people within our business and get to understand what a typical day at Deloitte looks like. You will also have the opportunity to have lots of fun and create those all-important networks to sustain you throughout your University and professional career.

Students: 2nd and 3rd years

This Vac programme is tailored to senior university students to get to know Deloitte, its culture and interact with the people who Make an Impact that Matters! You will also be pick up some business skills, meet some interesting people, have fun in a highly stimulating environment and get all the indispensable practical training to be suitably prepared for Vac field work.

Students: 3rd Year

Once you have completed the Deloitte Advanced Vac Programme, you will eligible to join our Field work programmes. This programme gives candidates the opportunity to be exposed to clients by working within Deloitte Audit teams and contribute to the overall success of the Audit. Prepare yourself for some really valuable on the job training and insight into the practical workings of your future Trainee experience.
