About us
Livingstone Associates is a partnership firm established in 1991 and is affiliated to Deloitte, one of leading global firms in Audit, tax and advisory services. Livingstone Associates offers Corporate Secretarial, Registration and Trustee services within the East Africa region. We have offices in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kampala, Dar-es-salaam, Addis Ababa, Kigali and soon moving to Burundi.
Corporate secretarial services are offered by Livingstone Associates in Kenya, Deloitte Consulting Private Limited Company in Ethiopia and Deloitte Rwanda Limited in Rwanda. Registration and Trustee services are offered by Deloitte Limited in Kenya, Deloitte (Uganda) Limited and Livingstone Registrars (Tanzania) Limited respectively.

Our people
Our team comprises of 15 people out of which 9 are qualified Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. The team has qualifications in diverse multi-disciplinary orientations with degrees ranging from management, economics, business, law, sciences to finance amongst others which is coupled with a wealth of industry experience. Each of our professionals is committed to providing timely, responsive, and creative solutions to add value to your organization. Our professionals work in highly integrated multi-talented teams to deliver on our commitment of superior service.
