Kenya Tax Alert: Finance Bill 2020

On 5 May 2020, the Finance Bill, 2020 was published by the Government of Kenya. The Bill was tabled in the National Assembly on 6 May 2020 and is expected to be passed by the end of June 2020. The Bill proposes to amend a number of different statutes.
