Regarding the tax calculator

Nigeria Income Tax Calculator, (the application, or “App”), computes personal income taxes and social security contributions based on a set of presuppositions that may not necessarily apply in your case. The tax calculation is therefore an estimate only, and cannot replace professional advice. The App is built to provide basic information/results and is at best a rough estimate of potential personal income tax. It is based on a simple model that does not consider peculiar cases of taxpayers while assuming basic accounting and tax skills which requires users to appropriately understand the inherent limitations expected of any estimation tool.

Terms of Use

By installing and using this application, tools and functionality, you agree to be bound by the following terms which will constitute our Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you are not allowed to use this app and should immediately terminate such usage.

You acknowledge that your personal information and data may be used according to the Privacy Statement in the app and Cookie Notice in the app, which are incorporated herein by this reference.  You hereby agree to the terms of the Privacy Statement and Cookie Notice, including any obligations imposed on you therein.

Additional Terms

You are not authorized to copy or use any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in the Mobile Application and the Website.  You acknowledge and agree that each applicable entity within the Deloitte Network may enforce these Terms of Use against you. As used in these Terms of Use, the word “including” means “including, without limitation,” and the word “include” means “include, without limitation,”.

If any portion of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then (i) in that jurisdiction it shall be re-construed to the maximum effect permitted by law in order to effect its intent as nearly as possible, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect, and (ii) in every other jurisdiction, all of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion by posting such revised Terms of Use at the Terms of Use link (e.g., in the Settings menu of the Mobile Application or menu of the Website) or elsewhere in the App. Such revisions shall be effective as to you upon posting, unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.  It is your responsibility to be aware of any such revised Terms of Use by checking the Terms of Use link. Your continued use of the app following revision to these Terms of Use constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms of Use.
