Lead2030 Challenge

For the second year, Deloitte is proud to be supporting  OYW’s Lead2030 Challenge. With a focus on SDG 4: Quality Education, we seek to support solutions that help young people prepare for the Fourth Industrial Revolution through skills development and lifelong learning, accelerating entrepreneurship, or improving access to education and skills opportunities.

Arielle Kitio – our 2020 winner

As founder of CAYSTI  , Arielle Kitio’s mission is to develop and promote innovative tech tools to provide access to quality education in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). Through innovative platforms, Arielle has trained over 7,000 students with tools certified by UNESCO in ICT and the African Union. With the Lead2030 Challenge, Arielle receives funding and mentoring support to help scale the reach of her programs. Learn more about Arielle, here  .
