Our values and purpose in action

As part of our purpose and values in 2020 we launched our global WorldClimate strategy. Deloitte must set and meet higher standards for itself, empowering our professionals and connecting with our broader ecosystem to create solutions that facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy. There are four pillars to our programme:

Cut emissions: Net-zero by 2030
Operate green: Address internal policies and practices to drive positive change
Empower individuals: Educate and inspire Deloitte people to act on climate change
Engage ecosystems: Engage with ecosystems to address climate change

In addition, through WorldClass - a global initiative to support 100 million people by 2030-, we are committing our most-valued asset – our people – to empower 10 million African people through education, skills development and access to opportunities.
