Deloitte in Dialogue

OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines in the Spotlight

4 November 2015

Deloitte, Building 3
The Woodlands Office Park
20 Woodlands Road

You are invited to join Deloitte in Dialogue with policymakers and regulators as we discuss key issues around Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS), the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and its action plans. On 5 October 2015, the OECD published the BEPS package which includes one overall paper and thirteen detailed papers covering the fifteen Actions. Deloitte proposes to discuss this.
Joining us for an update on where we are at on this topic, followed by a panel discussion are:

  • Professor Annet Oguttu: Chairman of the BEPS Sub-committee of the Davis Tax Commission;
  • Ms Sunita Manik, Mr Franz Tomasek, Ms Tebogo Mathosa, and Ms Nishani Gosai: South African Revenue Service (SARS); and
  • Mr Thulani Shongwe  from the Africa Tax Administration Forum (ATAF)

This is a great opportunity to engage with the experts around the latest developments in South Africa and the rest of the world, as well as to connect with Tax professionals across industries.
