Advisory - Manager

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Identify targets
  • Research and evaluate risks and benefits
  • Provide advice on strategy and optimal acquisition structure and pricing
  • Assist with the raising of finance
  • Co-ordinate legal documentation
  • Co-ordinate shareholder information, if relevant

 

Disposals & Divestments:

  • Provide total project management for the sale of businesses and    companies
  • Conduct valuations
  • Prepare information memoranda
  • Identify purchasers
  • Solicit offers
  • Manage the due diligence process
  • Assist with negotiations
  • Co-ordinate the legal documentation

 

 

Candidate

 

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

Three to five years corporate finance experience firm encompassing:

  • M&A experience
  • Valuations & financial modeling experience
  • Mining or energy and resources sector experience advantageous
