Global Consumer helps clients with business interests from raw materials and manufacturing to retail and consumer services navigate today’s industry disruptions and marketplace challenges.
The Global Consumer Industry group (Global Consumer) was created in 2015 through the merger of the Global Consumer Business Industry group and the Global Manufacturing Industry group. This was a strategic business decision to better serve our clients and to more accurately mirror the scope of their business interests. The Global Consumer structure enables Deloitte to provide exceptional service to our clients across the entire value chain, from raw materials to the end consumers.
Global Consumer is led by Tim Hanley, a senior partner with Deloitte United States with a distinguished career leading teams serving all business areas in the manufacturing and consumer products industries.
The business sectors served by Global Consumer include:
- Chemicals & Specialty Materials, which includes the business segments Metals and Forest, Paper & Packaging
- Consumer Products
- Industrial Products & Services, which includes the business segment Aerospace & Defense
- Retail, Wholesale & Distribution
