We’re pleased to share with you the 10th edition of our annual Africa Construction Trends report.
Deloitte teams have advised on many of the world’s most extensive and most complex infrastructure and capital projects and have also worked with clients across the industry to build businesses fit for the future.
In support of this, over the past decade, our report has tracked infrastructure and capital projects (I&CP) activity across Africa, with insight into who owns, who funds and who builds these projects. This activity has included monitoring continental, regional and sectoral trends of I&CP projects of at least US$50m in value that had broken ground but had not yet been commissioned by 1 June of that year.
