What are the specific challenges organisations are experiencing related to returning to work?

We developed our local version of our global return to work solution A3 based on what we have been experiencing and been requested to support our clients in the different African markets we serve in.

The A3 solution is built by a multidisciplinary Deloitte team as it requires organisations to make some fundamental and holistic shifts. Being able to effectively adapt our strategy, business model, processes and policies, adopt new technologies and ways of working and ensure we are doing this in a way that will enable organisations to accelerate the changes to ensure they have sustainable businesses requires leadership to engage strategically in shaping their future, and then solving some very practical barriers around policies, processes, strategies and structures.
