Our hotline service has been in operation for over 20 years and currently serves numerous corporate and public sector entities with a footprint across over 100 countries. Tip-off information can be provided to us through various contact mediums and in various languages, supported by our dedicated, trained staff members.

Our proprietary online Case Management System also allows our clients to access, manage and report on disclosures received. We are further able to support subscribing organisations in crafting awareness plans and materials to embed knowledge of the hotline facility amongst stakeholders. Our service is certified by the Ethics Institute of South Africa and against ISO9001:2015 quality management standards.
