James is a Senior Manager within the African Strategy & Operations, Monitor Deloitte Innovation team. He has been predominantly focused on conceptualising, designing, building and commercializing disruptive digital financial service businesses, both within emerging and developed markets.
James is also the leader for Digital Strategy and Client Engagement Strategy within S&O. His key experience includes strategic innovation programs, corporate and business portfolio strategy, digital growth strategy, business case design and development, development of working prototypes and business commercialization. James comes from a Corporate Finance background where he was involved in assisting companies in various sectors with acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, strategic alliances and access to local and global capital markets.
