John has worked in organisational , strategy, leadership development and change management across a broad range of industries and has extensive experience in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. As a management consultant John’s key area of focus is designing and implementing people focused interventions that enable the development of the appropriate strategy, people and leadership capability, aligning leadership and people with the strategy and supporting the implementation of the strategy. This work has been primarily with multinationals at executive and senior levels with a primary focus on executives and their teams. In this he has learnt how to leverage both virtual and high impact contact interventions to develop leaders, align culture and cascade strategy.
