As the leader of Deloitte Digital’s Experience Design team, Philip Barrett uses design to ensure that technology has a positive impact on customers, staff and profits.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Phil co-founded a design consultancy and has over 20 years of experience in UX, service design and design thinking within the Media, Telecommunications, Insurance and Banking sectors.
He has a wealth of experience in managing a highly successful User Experience consultancy, leading, managing and training User Experience teams, digital product management, UX strategy and governance, digital product management, contextual user research, concept and interaction design, user experience strategy and usability testing.
Phil has a Master of Science degree in Science Communication from Imperial College in London and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bristol.
