Ravin is an Associate Director within Customer and Marketing, Service Excellence offering, where he is responsible for a for variety of technology enabled user-experience transformation initiatives that leverage his passion for next-gen technologies including machine learning, speech analytics, natural language understanding and processing (NLU/NLP), virtual assistants and bots.
Ravin joined Deloitte after 20 years in the Energy, ICT and Financial Services industries; followed by a 6 year entrepreneurial stint in Identity and Access management start-ups, and the last 2 years as programme director at US-based Conversational Commerce specialist research and advisory firm, Opus Research.
With deep domain knowledge in Omni-channel Customer Service Automation Technologies; Ravin had led a broad span of strategic, tactical and operational initiatives and teams from small to global scale initiatives.
