Vermaak is a senior manager with more than 30 years’ business and technology experience in human resources.  He is an experienced solutions architect and expert in SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM with a specific focus on talent management.

Vermaak has assisted businesses in end-to-end HCM and HCM technology strategies, roadmaps, optimisation, advisory and implementation services. Some of his focus areas include implementation of HCM business processes and enabling technologies at various local and global industries to improve workforce productivity and employee engagement.
