Indrek is a M&A Transaction Services Partner with more than 15 years of transaction advisory experience in Switzerland, the UK, Australia, Germany and Estonia. For the last 10 years Indrek has been based in Switzerland. Prior to joining the Corporate Finance team, Indrek started his career in external audit.

Focussing on due diligence and Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) advice in financial services and technology, Indrek has advised both strategic and financial investors on more than 100 transactions in total.
