Program introduction

The 2015 Deloitte-Beijing E-town Technology Fast 20 Program, co-hosted by Deloitte China and Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area Management Committee, aims to recognize the fastest-growing hi-tech companies in Beijing. It is a sub-project of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 China Program. Once an enterprise achieves Deloitte-Beijing E-town Technology Fast 20 ranking, it automatically becomes eligible for entry to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 China program.

Eligibility requirements

  1. Registered and pay taxes in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area;
  2. Be in business for a minimum of three years (Except for the participants of Deloitte China Rising Star);
  3. Candidates must be high-tech enterprises, with patented technology, and have a fixed amount of R&D expenses investment annually;
  4. Provide three consecutive years of audit report (2012, 2013 and 2014).
  • Enterprise first year (2012) of revenue more than ¥20,000,000 can participate in 2015 Deloitte-Beijing E-town TF20 and Deloitte China TF50 Selection;
  • Enterprise first year (2012) of revenue between ¥2,000,000 to ¥20,000,000 can participate in 2015 Deloitte China TF50 Selection;
  • The enterprise without income (the company set up time and income is not limited) can participate in 2015 Deloitte China Rising Star Selection;

How to apply

The application for 2015 Deloitte-Beijing E-town Technology Fast 20 Program was closed.

Application requirement:

  • Enterprise without income

Submit the audit reports. Deloitte and Technology Bureau will set up the Committee of experts and have a comprehensive assessment about ranking in the field of business segments, industry reputation, business team, the amount of equity investment and other aspects.

  • Enterprise's first year (2012) of revenue between ¥2,000,000 to ¥20,000,000

Submit the audit reports. Deloitte expert group will rank and select the candidates based on the growth rate over the past three years for entering the 2015 Deloitte China TF50 Selection.

  • Enterprise's first year (2012) of revenue more than ¥20,000,000

Submit the audit reports and provide the project's proof of evidence required in innovation technology assessment system. (See Annex 1 in the application webpage: selection method for enterprises that have annual revenue of more than ¥20,000,000)

  2. Submit the material list (See Annex 2 in the application webpage) to Development Area SME Service Center
