Teresa Tavares

Teresa is an Audit & Assurance Partner within the Consumer business and has over 25 years’ experience in providing audit and financial advisory services to consumer business, manufacturing and aviation companies. Teresa has a significant experience in managing specialist assignments, including IFRS transitions and financial process improvement.

She is member of Deloitte Portugal IFRS Group, a group of professionals from Deloitte dedicated to the development of tools to assist the implementation of IFRS standards and solving technical issues. Teresa is Audit & Assurance learning of the Portuguese Member Firm and have extensive experience in facilitating and lecturing training sessions and classes relating financial reporting matters, namely IFRS and consolidation.
