Transparency Report 2020 - Deloitte & Associados, SROC S.A.

In compliance with the provisions of article 62 of the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors Statute (Estatuto da Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas), approved by Law No. 140/2015, of 7 September, the Company, as statutory auditor that carry out audits of public-interest entities, proceed to the preparation of this transparency report for the financial year ended as of 31 May 2020, considering also the provisions of article 23 of the Legal Framework of Audit Supervision (Regime Jurídico da Supervisão de Auditoria), approved by Law No. 148/2015, of 9 September, which refers to the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014.
