Ankur Patodi

Ankur is an Assistant Director in the Portfolio Lead Advisory Services team and has over eight years of financial services experience. He has led a number of loan portfolio transactions on behalf of financial institutions with extensive knowledge of real-estate and distressed debt / non-performing-loans (NPL). Ankur has also advised private equity clients in originating and underwriting loan portfolios across all asset classes. Ankur has also worked in Deloitte’s valuation and analytics team and has considerable experience in valuation and modelling across all the asset classes. Ankur has assisted clients in matters related to valuation of performing and non-performing loan portfolios, complex derivative products, model reviews, credit impairment and stress tests.
