Danielle is a Partner in our Financial Advisory business focused on advising Government and Public Services clients on leadership, policy, commercial, procurement and financial matters relating to complex programme delivery. She has over 11 years’ experience in the sector having worked with numerous Central and Local Government organisations including the Cabinet Office, HM Revenues & Customs, Department of Health and Social Care, Home Office, European Union (eu-LISA), Department for Transport, Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy, Ministry of Defence and various Local Authorities.

Danielle’s key areas of expertise include complex programme leadership and delivery, commercial strategy, business case development (Green Book), alternative commercial vehicles, commercial structuring, market health assessments, financial evaluation, procurement design and execution, financial sustainability, delivery model assessments and advice on funding and financing options. She is a qualified Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) practitioner.
