He specialises in provision of financial instruments related accounting advice on complex M&A transactions, issuances of new debt/equity raises, implementation of new accounting standards or market updates and implementation of hedge accounting.
He cuts through the complexity of accounting standards to make it simple, bring positive application to provide solutions and provides assurance over accounting standards to ensure confidence in compliance.
