Howard Doberman

Howard specialises in the design and implementation of operational strategies with a focus on both the Travel, Hospitality and Services (THS) and Telecoms, Media and Entertainment (TME) sectors.
In particular, he is an experienced leader of complex operational transformation programs with skills in:
- Operational strategy, operating model design and delivery
- Developing the initial strategic and business planning phases of major change programs
- Shaping and leading business improvement, cost reduction, and major operational restructuring programs
He leads our UK THS industry team across Financial Advisory, Consulting, Tax and Assurance teams as they advise our clients on optimising shareholder value. He also leads our firmwide COO Executive Programme centred on serving, developing and connecting COOs across our global clients.
Howard has more than 25 years’ experience working at Board level built across a wide range of consulting assignments, and has a proven track record of managing large, multi-skilled teams in complex delivery environments.
