Natalie Hallis Jani

Natalie is an experienced Manager within our Human-centred Transformation team, with over 10 years of consulting experience focused on transformational change specialising in - culture, behaviours, leadership development, communications and stakeholder engagement planning. She is passionate about helping her financial services clients to deliver more positive social and environmental impacts. She is an SME in our Suitability and Climate team.

Natalie is part of Deloitte Consulting's Financial Inclusion team and recently designed and developed research into the cost-of-living challenges for banking and insurance customers. This research was to understand the impact the crisis is having on every-day behaviours such as spending, saving, and investment, along with analysing the trust and awareness people have in their financial providers to generate a positive social impact.
