Phillip Ludlow

Phil leads our award winning Public Sector CRM team in the UK and Europe. He has 25 years’ experience with Deloitte, leading industry, capability teams and selling and delivering sales and service digital transformation. A computer scientist by background, he is passionate about the potential of GenAI, mobile and digital technologies, and their practical application with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics for real businesses.

Phil has sold and led the delivery of some of our largest digital programmes improving sales, service and marketing for our client’s customers He has also led turn arounds of struggling projects and contact centre digitisations. He has worked with business leaders, solution and technical architects to design and build CRM centre of excellences, in the US and Europe.
