Richard is Deloitte’s Security and Justice consulting lead for the UK. In this role Richard looks after our transformation support to the Home Office, Ministry of Justice and Policing. As a result of his work, Richard has advised Board members, Ministers, Secretaries of State and Number 10 on some of the most complex transformations in the sector. Richard is Deloitte’s principal author for our Policing 4.0 reports and is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for the Police Foundation’s Strategic Review of Policing.
