Rob Scopes

Rob is a Partner in our Major Programmes practice, he leads our Infrastructure and Capital Projects capability in the UK, and focuses on operational efficiency for clients with significant infrastructure and real estate assets. Rob has particular expertise in the design and management of complex organisational transformation programmes. He has advised on many of the UK public sector’s “mega-projects”. He has also advised on major programmes in the private sector working, and advised on establishing new Headquarters. Rob is a faculty member of the Cabinet Office’s Major Projects Leadership Academy. Rob has over 20 years of broad experience, having worked and qualified in industry as a chartered civil engineer.
