Wayne Weaver

Wayne is a Tax Partner who specialises in advising financial services groups with a particular focus on banking groups. His work includes tax advisory, compliance, M&A and risk management. He has been involved in a number of HMRC and HMT working groups on tax developments affecting the financial services industry. He previously worked for a large banking group. Wayne has a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
