1.0 Overview CPE credit | Specialized Knowledge

Our 2023 Connected Consumer Survey found that consumers are increasingly concerned about being “hacked and tracked” through their tech devices but often feel like it’s an uphill battle. To help win back trust, device makers and service providers should respond to growing consumer concerns and desire for more transparency and control over data. We’ll discuss:

  • Prioritizing robust data-security measures
  • Communicating data-handling practices more effectively
  • Prompting users to make informed choices about use of their data
  • Building more effective processes to minimize reliance on user data
