Robert Rosone

Bob is a managing director with Deloitte LLP focused on expanding Deloitte’s services to private companies through Deloitte Private. His responsibilities include operations, business development, marketing, public relations, advertising, and communications. Bob is a member of the Deloitte Private Leadership Committee and leads the Deloitte Private global brand and marketing organization, as well as the US Best Managed Companies program. Prior to his current roles, he served as chief of staff for Deloitte’s chairman of the board and has held numerous marketing and leadership positions since joining the firm in 1998. Bob received his MBA from Fordham University and BS in political science from the College of the Holy Cross. He is the chairman of the board of United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and a board member of Pro-Mujer, a women's empowerment organization serving 250,000 women in Latin America.

Mike Bechtel

Mike Bechtel is a managing director and the chief futurist with Deloitte Consulting LLP. Mike helps clients develop strategies to thrive in the face of discontinuity and disruption. His team researches the novel and exponential technologies most likely to impact the future of business, and builds relationships with the startups, incumbents, and academic institutions creating them. Prior to joining Deloitte, Bechtel led Ringleader Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm he co-founded in 2013. Before Ringleader, he served as CTO of Start Early, a national not-for-profit focused on early childhood education for at-risk youth. Bechtel began his career in technology R&D at a global professional services firm where his dozen US patents helped result in him being named that firm’s global innovation director. He currently serves as professor of corporate innovation at the University of Notre Dame.

Vishveshwara Vasa

Vishveshwara Vasa is a Deloitte Consulting LLP Cloud CTO. He has more than 25 years of information technology experience leading significant digital and cloud transformations. Vasa is key adviser in developing and implementing digital and cloud strategy and vision, specifically on cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services, Google, Azure, and IBM Red Hat. He is a certified professional architect in three cloud platforms. He drives business value by leveraging technology, and he serves as a trusted adviser to senior client executive teams and boards of directors on their ability to grow and fundamentally change the nature of their business in multiple industries, including financial services, health care, private equity, and technology. Vasa also leads large teams of architects, software developers, engineers, and information technology professionals. He drives innovation in the company by identifying new emerging tech to help grow consulting competitive advantage. He currently leads Generative AI on cloud and leads cloud services for private equity. Vasa is an agile, innovative, and dynamic leader driven by purpose. His hobby is flying, and he enjoys the freedom to fly anywhere and be a pilot in command. He also likes gardening and green living.
