About the Program


Me at Deloitte is a two-day program designed for students graduating in 2026. It will allow you to discover how different career paths align with your studies, talents, and strengths. This is a great opportunity to be part of an amazing learning experience.

The program is offered nationally, running face-to-face* for day one and hosted virtually on day two.

During the program, you'll have the chance to connect with Deloitte team members who can share their experiences and give you insights into what it's like to work at Deloitte. We offer a unique combination of great learning content and hands-on experience opportunities that can help you shape your career path.

*Note: Participants in our Canberra and Adelaide locations will have their programs delivered virtually over both days. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth locations will have day 1 sessions hosted face-to-face in their respective offices.

Program eligibility


To be eligible for the program:

  • You will be graduating mid-to-end of 2026.
  • You must be able to attend both days of the program - dates to be advised at mid-year, but scheduled for September 2024.

Our program is open to permanent residents or citizens of Australia and New Zealand. Please remember that Australian citizenship is mandatory for consideration if you are applying to the Canberra office.

What do our Accounting, Auditing and Tax teams do?

These teams offer specialised advice and assistance to clients in managing their finances and ensuring their business operations are secure. They do this by carefully examining all the necessary steps and processes, looking for potential problems and weaknesses. They also investigate the underlying reasons for these issues and come up with effective solutions to protect clients from various risks, such as corruption, cyber-attacks, and money laundering. By doing so, they help prevent potential damage to the client's reputation, finances, and legal standing.

A little bit about you:

  • Attention to Detail: You want to learn more about the complexities of financial systems, and compliance, and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Finance Thinker: You want to develop your financial principles, reporting, analysis, and interpretation skills.
  • Advice & Guidance: You want to provide strategic advice to clients on their tax obligations, various government incentives and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ethics & Integrity: You value the importance of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
  • Continued Learning: You may be interested in exploring and obtaining your CA through our offered Chartered Accountants program.

What do our Technology Consultants do?

This team helps businesses grow and stay stable by working on projects in Experience Design, Fintech, Strategy, and Tech Transformation. They cover the entire technology lifecycle with different roles:

  • Advisory provides advice
  • Implementation designs the structure and plans
  • Data & AI works with systems and data
  • Delivery builds and delivers solutions using their technical skills

A little bit about you:

  • Problem-Solver: You enjoy analysing problems and using your creativity to find solutions
  • Adaptable: You love a diverse work environment where no day is the same
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You have a passion for innovation and taking initiative
  • Tech Enthusiast: You may have an interest in software development/engineering, cyber security, data science and analytics, project management, network and systems administration, cloud computing and infrastructure, UX/UI design, marketing, and tech sales.

What do our Business Consultants do?

This team helps businesses achieve sustainable growth and stability through exciting projects in areas like Experience Design, Fintech, Strategy, and Tech Transformation. They work closely with clients to understand their goals and implement strategies that drive their businesses to new heights. Additionally, they improve operational efficiency by creating effective structures and processes that address important challenges

A little about you:

  • Good problem-solving skills: You are an out-of-the-box thinker with good problem-solving skills and thrive off identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions
  • Business Mindset: You enjoy learning about businesses, keeping up with the ever-changing market trends and anticipating solutions to unique problems
  • Analytical and Adaptability: You find analysing data fun and you can quickly adapt to various situations and supply tailored solutions to unique problems.

What do our Financial Advisors do?

Our Financial Advisory team works with companies, investors, and financiers, providing expert guidance and support. They actively listen to clients' concerns and turn them into reassurance by offering creative and personalized solutions. Their goal is to help clients achieve their strategic objectives and navigate through difficult market conditions and complex situations.

A little about you:

  • Finance-Thinker: You are keen to deepen your understanding of financial concepts, investment strategies and risk management while regularly staying updated with industry trends.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: You have an analytical mindset, think critically, and seek to propose innovative solutions tailored to specific needs and you enjoy sharpening problem-solving skills to tackle complex financial challenges.
