The Rulebook on Procedures for Return, Transfer to Another Account of Wrongly Paid/Overpaid Public Revenues From the Unique Treasury Account of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Procedure for Reduction of Liabilities

The new Rulebook on Procedures for Return, Transfer to Another Account of Wrongly Paid/Overpaid Public Revenues From the Unique Treasury Account of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Procedure for Reduction of Liabilities (“Rulebook”) was published in the Official Gazette of FBiH, no. 20/18 on 16 March 2018. The Rulebook entered into force on 17 March 2018. By entering into force of the new adopted Rulebook, the former Rulebook on Procedures for Return, Transfer to Another Account of Wrongly Paid/Overpaid Public Revenues From the Unique Treasury Account of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of FBiH”, no. 47/04) ceases to apply.
