The Covid-19 crisis had an immediate impact on the M&A recovery that was expected for 2020. Despite the current scenario, we have seen that the deals that were already negotiated or heavily advanced have been moving forward, albeit slowly. There should be a higher volume of deals toward the latter half of the year.
