Augusto Velasco Rampaso

Augusto is an Audit partner at Deloitte in Brazil and a member of the Global Capital Markets Group (GCMG) in São Paulo. He has more than 10 years of experience in accounting, audit and advisory, serving public and private companies in different segments and industries.

It has years of know-how in providing services to large financial institutions, administrators and managers of investment funds, and investment funds of different modalities (FI, FIC, FIM, FIA, FIPs). Leads audit work of financial statements in accordance with international accounting rules (CPC/IFRS), American (USGAAP), and those applied to institutions authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, as well as auditing of internal controls and SOX. He leads audit work carried out in accordance with international auditing rules and the PCAOB, and accounting consultancy work for various institutions in the financial sector.

In his career, Augusto has managed audits and consultancies for international clients and given more than 300 hours of technical and practical training to Deloitte professionals.
