To accommodate your personal needs, employees may have up to three personal and family care days each year – no matter the length of your work week. Examples of these may include (but are not limited to) attending to the needs of a dependent, moving to a new residence, maximizing time off during diverse cultural events or holidays, or other personal commitments. So unplug from your email, voicemail and mobiles and recharge. We encourage it.
