Andrea is a Director within the Financial Services Transformation practice. Andrea's practice area is centered on helping leaders and teams modernize the way they work and collaborate together to transform how financial services organizations create value. Her practice is at the intersection of strategic portfolio management, agile organizational models, and end-to-end operating models oriented around the customer. She has extensive experience designing and operationalizing transformation programs which include the underpinnings of principles and practices that cross Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, Leadership Development, Innovation and Change Management.
