Dean is Office Managing Partner in Winnipeg and the Deloitte Private Manitoba Leader. Dean also leads the Merger and Acquisitions and Valuations practice for the Prairie Region. Working with both private and public companies, Dean has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions from strategy to valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and closing.
