Esther Dryburgh

Esther is currently a Partner in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice. She leads Deloitte Canada’s Trusted Digital Identity practice. She has worked with clients across multiple industries and brings a customer first, equity focus to her clients' digital transformations. She is currently leading the new emerging solution area of trusted, decentralized digital identity across public and private sector ecosystems for Deloitte. Her focus is with Government, Healthcare, and Financial Services clients.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Esther is well known as a diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement leader. She was a recipient of the Deloitte “Leaders to be Proud of” award for her work in LGBT+ Diversity. She has been profiled in The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Canadian HR Reporter, Canadian Retailer, and has been a guest speaker at diversity industry events. She also participated in the Catalyst panel discussion regarding the release of their study “Building LGBT Inclusive workplaces”. She also focuses on gender diversity, racial diversity, intersectionality, and coaches executive teams on how to create an inclusive and engaged environment for all employees.
