Joe Mattell

Joe is a partner in Deloitte Canada and the leader of Global Consulting Operate Services, including application management services, foundry services, analytics- and advise-as-a-service, and industry and process solutions as-a-service. A professional engineer with over 30 years of consulting experience leading end-to-end IT-enabled business transformation, Joe is an expert in large-scale mission critical implementations. Over the last 10 years, he has played a major role in the shift toward Next-Gen and digital technologies as a way to disrupt traditional industries and completely change the speed-to-market equation in the deployment of new technology.

Supporting both commercial and public sector clients across Canada, Joe advises and guides clients on maximizing value and minimizing risk when implementing and managing technology. He has worked with more than 100 different clients during his career, and his focus on business outcomes has enabled each of them to achieve the benefits they sought. In 2004 was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40.
