Pascale Desmarais has been a tax litigation lawyer within the Montreal office’s Deloitte Legal Canada LLP practice since 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Pascale acquired close to two years of experience within the federal public service where she worked for the legal services of various ministries including the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Consumer Agency.
Education
Pascale was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2018 and completed the masters’ program in tax at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2019. She also obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2017, during which she was on the Dean’s Honour list from 2015 to 2017.

Pascale is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF).
