Thomas F. Quinn

Tom is Deloitte Canada’s National Retail and Wholesale Distribution Leader and is responsible for Audit, Consulting, Tax, Financial and Risk Advisory Services. He has over 30 years experience as a retailer, a supplier to retailers, and a consultant to retailers and manufactures of consumer products. He has also held senior management positions leading merchandising, category management, marketing, and e-commerce retail organizations.

Most recently, Tom was a senior partner in Deloitte’s U.S. Consulting practice where he led the Retail Growth and Innovation practice area. His experience spans all levers of drive growth from strategy through execution; domestic and international expansion strategy and implementation; omnichannel strategy and operations; customer experience and personalization, and merchandising. Tom has also led significant business transformation efforts for top global retailers.

Key Experiences include working across the c-suite with leading retailers across grocery, mass merchants, warehouse clubs, drug stores, specialty, and department stores.
