Alumni Privacy Statement

This statement covers your participation in the Deloitte Switzerland Alumni Network administered by Deloitte AG, a company registered in Switzerland, Pfingstweidstrasse 11, 8005 Zurich. All former employees from the current and former Deloitte entities who live or work in Switzerland are eligible to join the Swiss Deloitte Alumni programme.

If you would like to join the Deloitte Switzerland Alumni Network, please fill out the application form above and submit it to us electronically. We will then contact you should we have any queries. Please note that all registration requests are reviewed before being activated. Deloitte AG reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons.

We may collect or obtain information about you that you provide to us via a dedicated form, or that we obtain from third parties or that is publicly available. Deloitte AG will use the information you submit on this form for the organisation of the Deloitte Switzerland Alumni Network to:

• send you newsletters, invitations to events, publications about career and networking opportunities;
• share information about business opportunities;
• involve you in a recruitment process and match you with an available position;
• perform a cross-comparison against data we receive from other parties;
• inform you of any changes to our events and activities;
• seek your feedback; and
• share other information that could be of interest to you as Deloitte Alumni.

In addition to being included into the Deloitte Switzerland Alumni Network, your information will be added to the Deloitte AG’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. We may process or transfer your data to our network of member firms, and their related entities including a jurisdiction outside the European Economic Area, provided that such transfer is permissible under Data Protection Legislation.

Deloitte is committed to protecting your information by handling it responsibly and safeguarding it using appropriate technical, administrative and physical security measures.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. For example, we will retain your data as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or as long as needed in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

If you have any questions regarding the Deloitte Switzerland Alumni Network, wish to opt out, request your data to be removed from our CRM system, or if you wish to exercise any of the rights relating to your personal data, please email your request to the Alumni Team.
